My New Roots Spring Brunch Collaboration

 

Early March I had the beautiful opportunity to co host a local brunch gathering in Portland at Tournant to help support my sweet friend Sarah Britton of My New Roots! She just released her 2nd cookbook, Naturally Nourished which is absolutely incredible, you can get your copy here! We co hosted and worked closely with Mona and Jaret, pulling recipes inspired by Sarah’s book, adapted specifically for the season and through Mona and Jaret’s incredible talent in the kitchen.

We also served my coconut and honey granola, you can grab the recipe in this recent post! Below I’ve included our full, collaborative menu! I hope that it inspires a gathering of your own, perhaps even a brunch this weekend? Ohhhh it was sooooo good. All photos below to showcase….
