It seems summer is quickly on it’s way, and there’s no better way to relax and enjoy the warm summer evenings than with a chilled cocktail in hand alongside sweet friends. I recently developed this recipe for Hangar 1 Vodka, featuring their Mandarin Blossom Vodka. I love the combination of just a few ingredients in this incredibly tasty drink! The charred mandarins add the perfect, subtle smokey flavor alongside the sweetness of the mandarin infused vodka. Pair that with a savory thyme simple syrup and ginger spiced bitters and you have the perfect summer cocktail.

I hope you enjoy this refreshing drink as much as I have, and make sure to try out Hangar 1’s incredible and unique selection of vodka.
